How do I access the Washington Post online?

Do we have access to the Washington Post?

Answer

All Denison users can access the Washington Post through the library website and while on campus. You also have the option to create a personal account, using your "denison.edu" email, which will allow you to read the Washington Post anywhere, any time.

How to Activate Your Free Digital Access:
1. Create a Washington Post Account
- Visit https://www.washingtonpost.com/subscribe/signup.
- Enter your Denison email address, agree to the Terms and Conditions, then hit "Next".
- Choose a password and click "Sign Up." On the next page, click "Continue."
You should be redirected to the Washington Post homepage.

2. Click on your username in the upper right-hand corner of the page. (This should be the same as your Denison email.)

3. Click "My Post", then select "Manage Account"

4. Make sure your email address is verified. If not, click "Send verification email," and check your email inbox. Follow the instructions in the email.

5. To confirm that you're free access is active, navigate back to your account and select "Subscription & Billing." You will see a message that reads, "Basic Digital Subscription - Access provided by Denison University."
